This foundation uses a short-lived signed session cookie for request protection. Nicknames submitted during onboarding are validated and discarded. No stories, artwork, accounts, or gameplay histories are stored on the server. Drawing and story editing happen only in browser memory. Export is explicit and local. No story or artwork is sent to the server; external AI and story feedback are unavailable.

The application temporarily holds a bounded set of request addresses for a one-minute write rate-limit window; expired entries are discarded on the next write or process restart. The hosting provider may receive IP addresses and technical request metadata. Provider access, retention, international processing, and parent contact/deletion procedures must be confirmed before launch.

No analytics or third-party fonts are included. Future multiplayer state will be ephemeral and will disappear on restart. No consent or regulatory compliance is claimed.
